For the 1st time, Rondol was at the BIO 2013 International Convention in Chicago, the global event for biotechnology. The event drew more than 13,000 industry leaders from 62 countries and highlighted the latest advancements in biotechnology.

While sharing a booth funded by the Alsace Biovalley cluster and the Region Alsace, Rondol focused on establishing contacts with potential partners for its development and present them with our expertise in the field of hot melt extrusion, one of the most promising solutions to overcome solubility issues in the field drug delivery. Arnaud Guyou, Business Development Manager states: " We had a tremendous week in Chicago  including meetings with big pharmas, as well as targeted biotech start ups and prestigious academic institutions"
Victoire de Margerie, Chairman of Rondol Industrie, was part of the French delegation that came to BIO with Ms. Nicole Bricq, French Minister for Foreign Trade for the signature of a partnership between Alsace BioValley and the American cluster, Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC), to optimize the development of new drugs and medical devices. Victoire de Margerie states «Joining the delegation of our Minister for Foreign Trade was also a unique opportunity to meet with the top management team of Ubifrance, the French Agency for International Business Development, and to better understand the solutions provided by Ubifrance to boost Rondol presence on the US".
